The Evolution Experience
We offer a variety of in-person reformer Pilates, hot Pilates and hot yoga group classes in Mullingar, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Our classes are designed to suit all levels, from beginner to advanced practitioner.
We are passionate about providing a holistic approach to overall wellbeing, ensuring that every class not only provides an effective and energising full-body workout but also promotes mental clarity, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of calm. Pilates is designed to be low-impact, helping you feel balanced and revitalised in both body and mind.
Our Reformer Classes
Level 1
Ready to explore the magic of the reformer? This class is perfect for beginners or those easing back into Pilates. Learn the basics of reformer work while building a solid foundation and confidence in your movement.
Mixed Level
This class meets you where you are, with variations to modify or advance each exercise. You’ll enjoy a balanced blend of challenge and support as you move through this full-body workout.
Suitable for those progressing from level 1 to level 2 and above. You must have completed at least 5 level 1 classes to do this class to ensure you are confident in the fundamentals, are performing exercises with proper technique, keeping you safe and getting the most out of your workout. Not suitable for complete beginners.
Pregnancy
Specifically designed to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind. We focus on building key muscles to support you through pregnancy and birth, while relieving tension and discomfort through gentle movement and breathwork. Suitable for all levels, starting from 12 weeks gestation with GP approval.
Hot Mat Pilates
Experience the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a heated environment (32-35C). This dynamic class uses traditional Pilates techniques to sculpt your core, improve posture, and enhance mobility while the heat boosts circulation, increases flexibility, and promotes detoxification. We have both beginner and mixed level classes to choose from.
Our Mat Classes
Hot Yoga
Breathe, move and revitalise body and mind in our hot vinyasa flow classes. Set in a room heated to 35C, this dynamic practice links breath to movement, creating a flowing sequence that builds strength, flexibility and inner calm. The heat encourages deeper opening in the body, supports detoxification, and enhances mindfulness. Each class is designed to leave you feeling balanced, refreshed and grounded - mind, body and soul. We have both beginner and mixed level classes to choose from. This is your time to reset and renew.
