Reformer Level 1 is the perfect place to start for all beginners. It is a slightly slower placed class to get you familiar with the reformer fundamentals but is still a great full-body workout.

Everyone totally new to Reformer should start at Level 1. Here you will learn the foundations of the reformer. This experience is required before advancing to Level 2 for both safety and enjoyment.

Comfortable workout clothing is best. Shoes are not required, and grippy socks are recommended for your hygiene and safety; these are available for purchase at the studio.

While attendance is up to you, attending 2 to 3 times a week can help you achieve your desired results more quickly. Memberships are available to make frequent visits more affordable. For personalized advice, please contact the studio.

Pilates is great for rehab post injury and if you suffer from back pain. We would be happy to discuss in more detail if you’d like to contact us directly on info@evolutionpilates.ie
We also offer private 1-1 sessions which might be most appropriate if you are returning to exercise post injury.

Absolutely! Men are welcome in all of our classes but we also have a specific “men only” class each week also.

Yes, for most healthy pregnancies, exercise offers many benefits. Consult your healthcare provider for clearance before starting classes. We have pregnancy specific classes to ensure the instructor is appropriately trained and the class is geared towards exercises that will support your pregnancy and the birth.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time.

We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Any classes cancelled inside this timeframe will result in a credit being deducted from your account. We cannot deviate from this on a case by case basis.

You can navigate to the menu section on this website and select timetable to see all available classes. From here you will be able to book and pay for your class. We offer single classes, class packs and membership options.

We have an age restriction of 16 years and above. Under 18s require parental consent.

Yes, you can switch class times if you are outside the 24-hour cancellation window.

If you are a membership customer your direct debit will auto-renew.
If you would like to cancel your direct debit, we require 2 weeks notice.
