First Timers

Hey There,

I’m so glad you found us. If you’ve been thinking about starting reformer Pilates but weren’t quite sure where to begin, you’re in exactly the right place.

Below you’ll find some information to get you started. We recommend coming 2-3 times per week to build a consistent Pilates routine where you will see fastest results.

Our intro offer for new clients is perfect for building your Pilates routine - 2 weeks unlimited classes €49.

  • Our Foundations Reformer class is a great class to start with and then depending on how you find that class, you can stick with that level or join the Signature reformer class. Our signature class is a bit faster paced and has some intermediate exercises in them, but you’ll always have the option to modify or progress an exercise and always go at your own pace.

  • Our app is the easiest way to book and manage your classes.

    Once you log in you’ll be able to select the class you want to join, and you’ll be given different pricing options. Pick one that works for you.

    If you’re new to our studio, our Intro Offer is the best way (and value!) to get a feel for what we do.

  • Comfortable workout clothing is best. Shoes are not required, and grippy socks are recommended for your hygiene and safety; these are available for purchase at the studio. We have cubbies at reception to leave your belongings during class.

  • We are in the heart of both Mullingar & Athlone Towns.

    Mullingar eircode is N91FD27 - Marketpoint on Patrick Street

    Athlone doesn’t yet have an eircode but we are located just across from the car park infront of St Marys Square

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your class start time. Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or anything about your body that is relevant for the class. Relax, enjoy and get ready to feel muscles you never knew existed!

  • The clients that see the most, and fastest, progress attend 2 to 3 times per week.

    Memberships are available to make frequent visits more affordable and make Pilates a routine for you. We recommend our 8 per month membership to stay consistent and see faster progress.

  • We have a 12 hour cancellation/ switching policy. Please make sure to cancel before that window to ensure you get your credit back.
