Natasha Fox

Natasha is the founder and lead instructor at Evolution. With a background in personal training, nutrition coaching, and personal and executive coaching, Natasha brings a holistic approach to health and wellness.

After years in the corporate world, where she experienced firsthand the challenges of managing stress and maintaining balance, she transitioned to a career that aligns with her lifelong passion for movement and fitness, retraining in barre, mat, and reformer Pilates. Natasha has advanced training in pre and postnatal Pilates as well as athletic conditioning.

A lifelong advocate for health, Natasha grew up immersed in movement through gymnastics, GAA, strength training, and most recently taking up running. Now, as a mother of two young children, she understands the importance of balancing fitness with a busy life and is committed to helping others build strength, flexibility, stability, and resilience both physically and mentally.

Claire Jameson

Claire, a primary school teacher, discovered Pilates during lockdown and quickly fell in love with its transformative benefits. Three years after doing her first class, her passion inspired her to train in mat, reformer and barre Pilates, with the goal of sharing its positive impacts with as many people as possible.

When she’s not on the mat or machine, Claire enjoys the simple joys of life - walking with her dog (usually being walked by her dog!), diving into a good book, running or starting her weekends with a relaxing sauna and invigorating cold plunge.

Claire’s love of slow living is reflected in her teaching style. Her classes offer a controlled approach to Pilates, striking the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching for a mindful, rewarding workout.

Kellie O’Farrell

With a love for dance that started at the age of four, Kellie went to dance college to study Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary. However, a life-changing accident resulted in a T12 spinal fracture, bringing her professional dance career to an unexpected end.

Through Pilates, Kellie found not only a way to rebuild the strength in her back but her entire body. Her new passion boosted her confidence and gave her a fresh outlook on life!

Now, Kellie is dedicated to helping others experience the same transformative powers of pilates for both mind and body, whether they’re recovering from an injury or simply looking to feel stronger and better within themselves.

When she’s not sharing her love of movement, Kellie is a proud mother of two and an avid runner who embraces a healthy and active lifestyle!

Rachael Sweeney

Rachael found yoga in 2019 whilst suffering from extreme anxiety. She quickly fell in love with the positive affects the practice was having on her both mentally and physically, on and off the mat. She went on to train in 200hours Vinyasa Yoga in 2021 and has since added 50 hours Yin Yoga and contemporary mat Pilates most recently.

Rachael is passionate about looking after her own physical and mental wellbeing through daily movement and thrives on sharing this with others.

When not on the mat, Rachael loves being outdoors in nature with her family whether it’s walks by the see or in a forest, she’s addicted to the healing energies of nature.

Noelle Burns

Noelle’s yoga journey began whilst in her final year in secondary school as a means to relieve and manage stress. Having later developed a consistent practice, she fell in love with yoga and in 2024 completed her teacher training in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, further deepening her understanding of movement, breath and mindfulness.

Noelle loves that yoga is non-competitive, judgement free and a practice that meets you where you are. Noelle’s strives to help everyone feel welcome and create a space where every body can explore the benefits of yoga. Noelle is passionate about helping others achieve the same mental benefits and sense of calm that she has gotten from yoga.

When not on the mat, Noelle can be doing having a sauna and cold dip, watching the rugby or out walking her crazy fur baby Daisy. She is a wellness advocate and anything that brings her relaxation from the daily hustle and bustle of life.
