Our Reformer Classes
Signature Reformer
Our signature class is designed to meet you where you are, focusing on foundational movement patterns with clear progressions and options to increase challenge. Suitable for beginners to advanced, moderately paced class.
This class will challenge your strength, stability and mobility while giving you a place to destress and move mindfully.
We recommend taking 3-5 Foundations classes before joining this class if you are new to Pilates/ the reformer or returning post injury/ surgery.
Foundations Reformer
The perfect place to start your reformer practice, whether you’re new to Pilates, reformer or returning after a break or injury. Suitable for beginners and advanced beginners with strong, controlled flows with slightly slower transitions than our Signature class.
Here you will be the foundations and fundamentals of Pilates to allow you to progress to our Signature and intermediate classes.
Intermediate Reformer
This class is for our most experienced members.
Expect fast transitions, intermediate and advanced repertoire with more complex choreography that will challenge your strength, mobility and control with the same great mind-body connection and mindful movement as our Signature class.
Members need to have completed 25+ Signature classes to take this class or have similar experience from another studio. Ask your instructor if you are ready for this next step to take your practice to the next level.
Essentials Reformer
A supportive reformer Pilates class focusing on strength, mobility, posture, and control. This class is designed for adults aged 55+ and looking for a slower-paced, well-supported approach to Reformer Pilates.
Emphasis is placed on spinal health, joint stability, balance, and safe, functional movement for everyday life.
Our Mat Classes
Hot Mat Pilates
Turn up the heat and challenge your body in our Hot Pilates class. This full-body workout combines strength, endurance, and core-focused movements in a heated space (35C) to maximise results and seriously increase the intensity. Prepare to sweat, stretch, and feel rejuvenated.
This class is not suitable for those with cardiovascular issues or respiratory conditions. Not suitable during pregnancy.
Yin Yoga
A slow, quiet, and deeply nourishing practice designed to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself. Poses are practiced seated or lying down and are held for longer periods allowing the body to gently release tension. You’ll be supported with props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks so you can relax fully into each pose.
The practice encourages mindfulness, patience, and introspection, creating space not just in the body, but also in the mind.
